I have evidence that I overcame my fear of heights. This past Monday my sister-in-law Mahea took Jared, myself, our three nephews, and niece parasailing. I'm actually not too afraid of heights but definately said I'd never parasail because 20 stories high with only a harnest holding me is very scary! Well, now I can cross that off my To Do List.

Overcome your fears
I have evidence that I overcame my fear of heights. This past Monday my sister-in-law Mahea took Jared, myself, our three nephews, and niece parasailing. Hey! I saw your blog on Merediths site! I took JoMaia parasailing for his birthday just before we got married. It's amazing you did it with your fear of heights! I'm not afraid of heights (I don't think) but once I was at the top it really freaked me out! Anyway, we send our love to you and Jared!
