Getting out of the funk
How do you get out of a funk? We were pretty much on vacation for 3 weeks, first Vegas, then ward camp, and Waikiki for the 4th. Now that I'm back to life and back to reality (name that tune-artist) I don't want to do anything. I hate dishes, they get dirty and you have to clean them. I hate toilets, except when I'm sitting on them. I've been avoiding the kitchen at all costs, and believe me it's costing a lot...to eat out. FYI- I'm still in my polka dot pajamas and it's 3:15pm. So again I ask, how do you get out of a funk?

i was such a party pooper at camp this year. what the heck? i was so dang tired. cannot even hang anymore.
Oh, I think this is the theme of my whole summer. I've been in and out of the funk for a LONG time. I know it's hard to break out of it. I have to say, sometimes when it gets REALLY bad, I have to make a conscious decision to get up early and DO something. For me, it's running or cleaning the house. It's so hard to get things done with Kainoa and I think I get so consumed with giving him attention I forget everything else that's supposed to get done. I think it's just apart of getting to know yourself. That's how I like to look at it. :o) I don't know if that helps at all, but that's my explanation for getting into/out of the funk. :o)
PS Your blog layout is SO cute! Love it!
Why get out of it?! If only vacay life was the true way of life huh? Anywho, I think the bowling alley is the same one that you went to. There's pretty much only one in Hamilton...it's at the SkyCity.
Yeah, your father-in-law sat right behind us one night at the college reunion. I knew he looked familiar. And I see this other guy all the time that JoMaia says is Jared's cousin. I forget his name. He works with SPI I think or he's just really good friends with Clive & Rachel. Anywho, gotta love the blog world!
